It was during the 50’s when an Italian immigrant, Mr. Felipe Marvaso, began an almost artisanal production of edible oil to give start to a business he wouldn’t dream how far it could grow.
But he thought: “I need an identifying brand for my products“. So he decided to combine his surname Marvaso, using the first part “MAR”, and what until that moment had been his flagship, the “OLIO“, hence the origin of the brand MAROLIO.
This kick off was just the beginning of many years of growth and enlarging the family with a wide range of products that make up a family food basket that is present in most Argentinian homes.
